AlphaSmart Neo 2

I saw some writers online talking about how they use the AlphaSmart 3000 or Neo 2 to do their drafting. Though often previously used by schools to teach students how to type, these days it's more often used by writers as a distraction-free text processor.

I've had issues with easily getting distracted for quite a long time, so I bought an AlphaSmart Neo 2 off of eBay in hopes that it'll assist me. I'm actually writing this blog post on it right now. It's got a lovely keyboard; it's about the same size as my laptop's, so I'm adjusting easily.

So far, I'm enjoying my AlphaSmart. I think it's neat. I should look into decorating it. Gotta make it cute, you know.

Old Files

When I first powered this on, most of the files had something already written. Naturally, I used those to test out the transferring system.

Due to my love of history preservation and archiving, the contents of those files are below.

Old Files #2 (Added Aug 6th, 2023)

A little while ago, I learned that you can have more than 8 files and save them under different names. My AlphaSmart had a few of these, so here they are.

The geography of the Temperate

Grasslands interesting. There are many kinds of temperate grasslands. it is sad how little of the earth has Temperate Grasslands

The geography of this biome is amazing

The kinds of Temperate grasslands are prairies , pampas , vedlt , and steppe. The minor parts of the Temperate Grasslands

are Australian Outback and Minnesota Cedar

Creek region. The Temperate Grasslands are in

North America, South America, South Africa,

Europe, and Asia.

The kinds of veldt, prairie, and steppe are sweet and sour vedlt, tall grass and short grass prairie, and short grass steppe. In the summer the vedlt is sour. A sour vedlt is a less nutrient one. In the spring the vedlt is sweet. Sweet vedlt is one that is very nutrient. The tall grass prairie are in the wetter areas. Short grass prairies are the driest part of North Amarica.

There are many interesting facts about the Temperate Grasslands. The Temperate Grasslands covers 40 percents of the earth.

Vedlt means field in African. Steppe means vast plain it is also the largest Temperate

Grasslands.

Of everything there is to learn the most interesting thing to learn is how many differant types of Temperate Grasslands. The types of Temperate Grasslands are important

because they make it up.

The car is a very important part of our history The first car was made in 1770. It was called the Cugnot Steam engine. This machine had a odd looking bowl in the front of it. The first propelled car was made in 1862. It was made by a man who attached a engine to a horseless carrige. The first car sold was also made in 1862. This car had a seat for two peoples and only 3 wheels. The car is a very important part of our history.

The cars were a big hit! The automobile was very popular after karlz benz sold the first car in 1862. His car ran on steam. The wheels a that time were called solid rubbeer. These wheels had miniy pillars made entireley out ofsolid rubber. These wheels would be usefull for mountain tavel. Car travel in rain was also hard .usally the driver could not see in the raging water and often lost control. To prevent this people smashed potatoes against the windshield so the water would easily run of the windshield .Without cars we would travel far on ground.

The car has many parts .The most important car is the engine. The engine also has many parts. The piston is what keeps the wheels rotating. It is powererd by gas.The other important part is the carbuster. The carbuster mixes vapor, fuel, and air to create a gas. This gas explodes which ignites in the engine cylinder. This how the wheel rotates. The car has many wonderful parts.

The car has many parts for it to work.

The engine is the most important. There are more than mone kind. The alternative engine is one of them. The most popular alternative engine is the diesel engine. It is rotates the wheel. The car has many parts.

Cars are very expensive. In the early days some cars cost 7 times the amount of the a average house. The average car at that time cost a tenth of the fancy cars. The rich had cars that had beds tea holders tables. Sort of like our modern limousine. The cars were very expensive.

File Savanna Weather:

Sydney Chung

The Savanna Grassland climate is amazingly interesting! The temperature and precipitation are changing constantly in the winter.

The average temperature in the summer is 86 degrees Fahrenheit, and in the winter it is 60 degrees Fahrenheit. It seldom rains and is generally dry. But in the rainy season, there are many violent storms such as, tornadoes, blizzards, and thunderstorms. The average precipitation ranges from 10 to 60 inches.

There is a dry and rainy season, and sometimes seasonal droughts. Savanna Grasslands have rapid water drainage, and infrequent weather change.

The Savanna Grassland climate is very exciting to learn about! GO SAVANNA GRASSLANDS!
